Supplier changes
Supplier quantities can change because of growing conditions or other factors. Paid quantities that cannot be supplied are refunded in full.

Cancelling a pre-order
Customer-requested cancellations made outside any cancellation or refund right provided by applicable law receive 80% of the cancelled item total, including proportional HST; 20% is retained as a pre-order cancellation handling fee. Supplier or Rosestyle inability to supply, Rosestyle cancellation, or a material change to delivery terms is refunded in full. This policy does not limit any right provided by applicable law. Request a full or partial cancellation through info@rosestyle.ca.
