Our care window for living roses

We want every rose to leave in good condition and arrive home with the best possible start. Because these are living plants, timing and plant condition matter.

If something does not look right after pickup, please contact us within 7 days at info@rosestyle.ca. Include your order details and clear photos of the rose, pot, soil surface, stems, leaves, and blooms or buds so we can review the situation quickly.

Returns or exchanges can be reviewed when the rose is still in its original pickup condition: the root ball and soil have not been removed or disturbed, the plant has not been planted or repotted, and the stems, leaves, buds, and blooms remain unaffected.

Once a rose has been planted, repotted, handled in a way that disturbs the roots, or exposed to conditions outside our care, it becomes difficult to separate plant condition from transplant stress, weather, watering, or garden conditions. In those situations, we are still happy to offer care guidance by email.

Our goal is to be fair and practical. Reach out early, send photos, and we will do our best to help with the next step.
