This website is operated by Rosestyle. Throughout the site, "Rosestyle," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rosestyle. By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website.

Online store terms

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, submit false information, or upload harmful code.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Living rose plants

Rosestyle sells living rose plants and related garden rose products. Living plants can vary naturally in size, shape, leaf condition, bud stage, bloom timing, and seasonal appearance. Product photos represent the rose variety or product type, but the exact plant you receive may differ because roses are living, seasonal items.

Rose availability is limited and may change because of inventory movement, plant condition, weather, growing conditions, supplier timing, or order volume. We may limit quantities, update product information, correct errors, or cancel unavailable items when needed.

Orders, payment, and confirmation

Orders are accepted only after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you about the next practical option, which may include substitution, rescheduling, store credit, partial refund, or cancellation.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct pricing, product, inventory, or checkout errors, including after an order is submitted, where permitted by law.

Pre-order 2027

Pre-order products are seasonal living rose plants and use a separate checkout from regular in-stock products. A paid pre-order records the customer's requested quantity, but it does not guarantee that the supplier will ultimately provide every ordered plant. Pickup is expected in March–April 2027; exact timing may change with supplier and growing progress, and Rosestyle will contact paid customers in payment order when plants are ready.

If a supplier or Rosestyle cannot provide an ordered pre-order quantity, if Rosestyle cancels the order, or if the delivery terms materially change, the amount paid for the affected quantity, including proportional HST, will be refunded in full. Customer-requested cancellations made outside any cancellation or refund right provided by applicable law receive 80% of the cancelled item total, including proportional HST; Rosestyle retains 20% as a pre-order cancellation handling fee.

Full or partial cancellation requests must be sent to info@rosestyle.ca. Rosestyle records a request using the date it is received; our reply only confirms that processing is underway.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer right that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Pickup and local delivery

Pickup details are provided after a paid order is confirmed. Some pickup information may be city-level before checkout, and exact details may be shared only in order confirmation or direct customer communication.

Local delivery, when available, depends on route, timing, product condition, weather, and service area. Delivery or pickup timing is not guaranteed until confirmed by Rosestyle.

Care, returns, and exchanges

Living plants require timely pickup, careful transport, watering, light, and planting or holding conditions appropriate to the season. Once a plant leaves our care, plant performance may be affected by handling, weather, watering, transplanting, pests, soil, location, and other garden conditions outside Rosestyle's control.

Our voluntary Rosestyle Guarantee applies to all living rose plants. Exchange or return requests must be sent within five calendar days after pickup. The plant must remain substantially in the same condition as at pickup: it must not have been damaged after pickup, repotted, or planted in the ground, and its original nursery pot, root ball, and soil must remain intact and undisturbed.

Exchanges are subject to availability and do not have a restocking fee. If a refund is requested under this voluntary guarantee, the customer receives 80% of the returned plant's tax-inclusive total; the remaining 20% is deducted as a restocking fee. This policy does not limit any right or remedy provided by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Rosestyle website, brand presentation, original copy, layout, product organization, and visual materials are owned by or licensed to Rosestyle unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit website content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosestyle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, product availability, pickup or delivery timing, plant performance after pickup, or reliance on website content.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
